Our villa is a dream come true. A beautiful home away from home! We have a large family, six children and five grand children and needed a villa to comfortably accommodate the entire family. This villa does that and more. It is located within walking distance from the Caribbean Ocean and the Tierra Del Sol Golf Course. There are five spacious bedrooms with large closets and four baths in the main house that sleeps fourteen people comfortably. We also have an additional building with two more rooms which is located next to the large in ground pool which is adorned by lounge chairs, tables and a large couch. This building can accommodate three to five people and is equipped with two more baths. There is an outdoor changing room with a private bath and shower. The house is furnished with a Caribbean feel but with comfort in mind. Our living room is thirty one feet long and features a large beautiful built in bar and sink and a fifty inch plasma television. The kitchen is made for those who love to cook. It features new, up to date appliances including a side by side refrigerator with an ice maker and a constant source of ice cold water, a convection oven that roasts and grills, a microwave and dishwasher. We have also provided every type of small appliance for your convenience. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and enough place settings to accommodate fourteen guests. We also have an additional building with two more rooms which is located next to the large in ground pool which is adorned by lounge chairs, tables and a large couch. This building can accommodate three to five people and is equipped with two more baths. There is an outdoor changing room with a private bath and shower. Villa Catalina is a beautiful 4000 sq ft private villa located in the Malmok/Arashi area, which is the most exclusive area on the island. It has unobstructed views of the crystal clear water of the Caribbean, and faces due west for the most unbelievable ocean sunsets. You can access the ocean directly in front of the villa, or just steps away at Boca Catalina beach, the premiere snorkeling spot in Aruba.
