We are proud to share our VACATION HOME to your family. It's a 2BR luxury unit in a high-rise condotel building located on the 25th floor of A. Venue Residences and Hotel Suites . Fully furnished and fully equipped with full hotel amenities not limited to Pool, Gym and Spa. The unit features 2 decent size rooms with Queen Size bed in the Master's Bedroom and two Twin size beds in the other room. It has full function kitchen complete with accessories and utensils that you'll need to make and enjoy a nice meal at home. It is fully air-conditioned with 3 window-type A/C units with remote controls. Has 2 full baths including a bathtub in the master's bedroom with heated showers. Provides 32 flat screen TV with cable service including premium channels as well as DVD player. Also have 20 flat screen TV/DVD Combo in the Master's Bedroom. A digital safe is also available to protect your valuables such as laptop computer, jewelries, passports etc. Has maid's quarter with its own toilet (currently being use as a storage/supply room). Laminated wood flooring through out and ceramics tile in the restrooms and in the kitchen area.
