This stand alone luxury villa is located in a private club Konak I at the old fishermen's village Konakli near Alanya 12km away and Antalya Airport 120km away. The villa has 60 sq. m. combined elegant living room equipped with satellite flatscreen TV, DVD, airconditioner and attached to the kitchen and the dining room. The functional kitchen is equipped with a microwave, small electrical oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fresh juice maker, hot water boiling cane, grill, toaster, coffee machine, gas/electro cooking plates and a large refrigerator with a freezer. The 4 luxury bedrooms (3 king-size beds and 1 double room) are air conditioned. 2 bathrooms (Master bathroom - corner bath, marbled double sink, toilet. Small bathroom - sink, cabin shower, toilet. 2 balconies and 2 terraces that are partly roof covered to create shadow. The roof terrace is about 60 sq. m. with a barbecue offers privacy and beautiful view. On your easy chairs you can enjoy a wonderful panorama of the mountains and the sea while relaxing in the sun. Club Konak has 32 houses, situated around a private swimming pool in a park with lots of tropical exotic plants, blossoming flowers and palm trees. There are various possibilities for sport activities in the direct neighbourhood like tennis, football and volleyball. The club is approximately 500 meters away from the sandy beach where lots of sport water activities such as diving, jet skis, sailing, surfing and banana-boat-riding are offered. For those who have special interest in the exclusive golf sport, there is a golf-club with 9- 18- 27 hole courses only 70 km away. Club Konak is located in a newly developed tourist area just besides the public park with playgrounds for kids, a discotheque and several excellent restaurants at your choice. A small supermarket, clothing and souvenir shops, jewel stores, car rental services, tourist offices and a bus station are in the direct vicinity.

My villa is with 6 bedroom, 3 bath room, big living room, reading room, kitchen, and big yard with flowers, trees, grapes and vegetables…it is quiet but everything is convenient. I think you can get a remember-able and worthful vacation and much different trip and enjoy the services as following if you stay in my villa: Transportation: (1) Pick up and drop off you to Airport by minibus or car. (2) Be your driver and guide every day. Drive you to the destinations every day, and be your guide. Sightseeing: (1) Qing west tombs: The tombs of Qing dynasty is the largest eco-cultural tourism site, one of the world's cultural heritage. It is 60 kilometers away from my villa. (2) The tunnels for anti-Japan: The tunnels locate in Baoding, it is 70 km from my villa and were built during World War Two. (3) Crossing a big valley reservoir by speedboat: Besides you visit the Qin Great Wall, you can cross a big reservoir and watch some natural images on the cliff by speedboat. (4) Some famous places in downtown: Drive you visit any famous place in downtown if you want. Visitings: (1) Children Villages: One is in Shunyi of Beijing. It has 115 children. The children come from prisoner’s family. Another is Langfang Children's Village (Philip Hyde Foundation). (2) Local Martial Arts schools: Visit martial arts schools and watch Chinese martial arts showing. (3) Local Farmer and citizen familys: Visit ordinary Chinese families in rural and in urban. Activities: (1)Hold party with local children or families and learn Chinese: we can hold a party with local children and families to show some programs. (2) Learn cooking Chinese dishes. (3) Make dumpling with local people. (4) Go downtown shopping and taste Beijing snacks. (5) Stroll local morning market. (6) Visit Local cultural activities.Dining: We can go to some restaurants to enjoy some special Chinese dishes: (1) Beijing Roast Duck. (2) Local farmer’s special dishes. (3) Local Snacks.
