Here are only underwater fans, rest and recreation seekers. Small shops offer everything for the basic daily needs. If the Toyabali-Resort is to quiet for you one time, you can reach within a few minutes walk other hotels, restaurants (with television) or Internet cafes. Tulamben became famous through the wreck of U.S.S.Liberty, a cargo ship from the Second World War, that lies about 30 meters from the rocky beach in 5m-30m depth. There is almost no flow and the visibility is usually 20 m-30 m. Very impressive is also a night dive at the wreck. Approx. 500 meters next to the wreck you can dive in 'Coral Garden' or 'drop off'. Mainly for macro friends the Coral Garden offers a lot of highlights. There are Ghostmurane, cleaner shrimp, groupers, Harlekinschrimps etc. The drop off is a nice covered wall from 3 to 60 m deep.
