This beautiful historic farm situated in the Barrington region of the Hunter Valley with breathtaking views of the Allyn River Valley. Nearby historic towns of Morpeth and Paterson offer art, craft and antique shops with numerous restuarants and cafes for you to offer. An historic country retreat with a cosy homely feel. Catering for an intimate group of up to 6 people in the fully self contained Lagoon Farm Wing (in either King or Twin share combinations). Alternatively full accommodation for groups of up to 11 people for seminars, training sessions, conferences or workshops. Meal & accomodation packages are available on request.Absorb the fresh country air and relax by the pool or retreat indoors to play billards. Tuck yourself away on the lounge by the fireplace, a gorgeous setting in which to enjoy a range of activities or total relaxation. The unique Australian wildlife includes kangaroos grazing amidst contented Camyr Allyn cattle, platypus in the Allyn River and rich and diverse native bird life. Taste from a selection of Camyr Allyn Wines at the cellar door facilities overlooking the vineyards at Camyr Allyn North. Visit other vineyards of the Hunter Valley that are within an easy drive.There are many activites to re-connect you with that sense of one-ness. From fishing in the Allyn River or nearby Lockstock Dam to organising a picnic hamper to take to the Barrington Tops National Park. Head off on foot for leisurely walks along the Allyn River and countryside or just hop in your car and experience a drive through the beautiful Allyn Valley. Finally if you have time for a round of golf your choice is between a quaint 9 hole country course or a grand resort championship course within the region.
