Greg's favorite part was grilling that salmon and eating it every night out on the oceanfront deck (sometimes even for lunch and breakfast) and sipping coffee on the deck with me while the teenagers slept in. My favorite and unexpected delights were the fresh oyster po-boys provided by Martin & Shannon's afternoon jaunts on the beach. A New Orleans girl's heaven! Overall, we just enjoyed the slow passage of time. Time to read a book from cover to cover, time to play Password & Trivial Pursuit & Texas Hold'Em & Badminton, time to feed the crabs and throw rocks into the sea, time to really talk to each other, and time to just be quiet! This one Bedroom Suite has Private Parking and a Separate Entrance. There is outdoor seating in the garden on your own deck. The suite is approximately 600 sq. feet on Two Floors. This Suite is small for a house but large for guest accommodation. As soon as you walk in there is a comfortable seating area, with a new large gas Fireplace for cooler nights. This makes an ideal spot for putting your feet up and slowly starting to unwind. Bring that book you wanted to read. This is not a bed and breakfast. You have a fully equipped Kitchenette but no cook stove. It has an under the counter fridge and microwave oven. Drip coffee pot, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, tea pot, cutlery etc. supplied. This suite is Private and Self Catering. At the front, on the main floor there is a dinette table and chairs, additional choice of seating and a radio/cassette player. The TV with DVD is on cable. Upstairs is all bedroom and bathroom, spacious and bright with a ceiling fan. Excellent quee on a posture board and an additional SINGLE BED if required. The PRIVATE en suite BATHROOM has tub and shower. Generous supply of towels on hand at all times. Upstairs is a large open concept space with lounge, dining areas with hardwoood floor and kitchen with stainless steel appliances breakfast/snack bar and ceramic floor. The large master suite has Queen Bed, sitting area, large walk in closet/dressing room, 4 piece Ensuite with jetted tub and seperate shower. Two further bedrooms one with Queen Bed and closet the other with two Twin Beds and closet share a further full bathroom. Beautiful Ocean Views are to be had from most first floor windows and the 2 decks, one with patio furniture the other with gas BBQ. Welcome to our beautiful and spacious home. Built in 2005 this home has over 3000 square feet of living area. There are 4 bedrooms (plus an office/bedroom), 4 bathrooms (only 1 being a half bath). We are providing you with a comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood. This home is close to all the amenities of Calgary but only a few minutes from the airport.
