The Landscaping is perfect and tropical with a lot off Palms and Trees, The Lot is oversized and it has southern Exposure! The Total-Livingaerea incl. Patio is approx. 280 qm or 3000sqft. We have a german/english House mangement/Service who is living close by. They are taking care of our vacationrenters and charge for the Service like Check IN.
