”Villa Florida” is on a 10000 sq feet plot and is surrounded by tropical plants. The fully air-conditioned villa was completely renovated and new furnished in 2008. It has, by 2260 sq feet, three bed rooms, two bathrooms, a living and family room, kitchen, nook, dining room and a 1184 sq feet pool area. The terrace area is very big and there are a table, 6 chairs, 4 seater rattan set, 4 sun loungers and a gas grill, is partly covered and protected by a screen.The solar-/electrically heated, 15 by 30 feet, pool with floodlights under water and an attached spa offers enough space for a great outside living. You will find all kind of technical devices in the family room, such as 46 flat screen TV, CD and DVD player, Play station, HIFI-System with additional speakers at the lanai as well.A phone and free of charge WLAN web connection for your laptop is also present. There are two sofas and two glass tables in the living room behind the entry area with adjacent dining-room.From the living and family room as well as from the master bedroom you can access the terrace directly. You have a wonderful view from these areas. In the kitchen you will feel at home:dish washer, electrical oven, micro wave, coffee machine, mixer, cutlery, glasses and everything else that completes a perfect household.Just next to the kitchen is a nice breakfast area you have a great view from here to the pool area too. At the connecting dining room with glass table and 6 chairs you can enjoy an American or Continental style dinner. The master bedroom with direct access to the terrace has a King size bed, dresser with flat screen TV, two night tables with light and a walk-in closet and it is designed with a laminate. The master bathroom is equipped with an very large shower, bath tub, two sinks a big mirror and wash basin lighting as well as separate toilet. The second bedroom also with laminated floor has a queen size bed, a side table with lamp, a dresser and an ample built-in closet. The third bedroom with laminated floor has two comfortable single beds, also with the quality pillows & bed-linens. There are a bed-side table with lamp, a dresser and a large built-in closet. The house also has a second bathroom with vanity sink, shower bath tub and toilet. A hair dryer is also available in each bathroom. Towels, bath-towels and bed linen are sufficiently present. In the separate utility room is a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaners and sink

The fully air-conditioned Villa Butterfly was built on a big canal plot with access to the Gulf of Mexico.The living space of about 200 sqm offers enough space for up to 6 people. The big pool and terrace area - covered with tiles - has a grill. Besides there are sun chairs,a table and more chairs. The pool is solar heated and has a waterfall. In the living and TV room - also with view to the pool and canal - there is a cable TV.The house also has an HiFi system as well as a CD-player.The beautiful and spacious kitchen with counter also has a breakfast area with a round table and 4 chairs. With its great view to the pool and the canal it is just the kitchen you would want to cook in!. The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge with icecube-maker, microwave, stove with oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and many more household appliances.We do have enough dishes, glasses and cutlery.Just behind the entrance is a second living room and the dining room.The furnishing and the décor is kept in a friendly beige. There are 3 bedrooms, a master with a king size bed, the second has a queen size and the third two single beds.Both bathrooms of the house are each equipped with a bathtube, a jacuzzi and also a shower. You will find sufficient hand and bath towels as well as enough bed linen. In the garage you will find 2 bicycles for your disposal.Next to the garage is our utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.Telephone an fax machine are of course also available.You will for sure enjoy beautiful sunsets from the big boats dock, or maybe just go fishing
