This villa has been finished in 2007 and offers, besides a very beautiful architectural design, all possible comfort, including air conditioning. It is located at a canal in a very good residential area and offers a fantastic view over the Foote canal. A free tennis and children's playground at the Burton park are not far away. The furnishing itself is a very individual and noble one. A 30 ft x 14 ft big pool which can be heated by an electrical heat pump belongs also to the house. For the winter months there is also a Pool Cover, which reduces the cooling of water during the night. Pictures were made in December 2011. The spacious covered patio area with 2 sunblinds how offers shade, a modern polyrattan-set, bought in December 2011, consisting of a table, 6 chairs and comfortable sofa plus matching BBQ gas grill invites you to linger and relax. In the covered area of the terrace there is also the pool bath with toilet and sink. The household is generously equipped for six people and facilities of the villa leaves no wishes unfulfilled. There is nothing we don't have! In the big living room, with technical equipment such as 50 inch big screen a cable TV, DVD player and HIFI -system with CD-player in an entertainment center, there is a cozy sitting area. Just next to it is the kitchen and the dining area. The kitchen offers all appliances that make work easier, including dish washer, oven, micro wave and a combi fridge and deep freezer with ice-maker. There is of course everything for cooking and all cutleries, coffee machine, Keurig kapsel system coffee maker and so on. In order to keep in touch with your loved ones at home you have there telephone at your disposal. Computer with LAN/WLAN high speed web connection is also present and free of charge as well as a table football. Furthermore we have 3 comfortable bedrooms, two with king size bed one with queen size bed. Each master bedroom has a flat screen TV in the upper unit is a Philips 40 LED and in the 2nd master bedroom there is a Philips 32 LCD. Besides, there are 3 bathrooms with all amenities, plus a pool bath at the lanai. The master bathroom of the house is equipped with a Jacuzzi, a shower room, double sink with an overall mirror and a toilet as well. At the walk in closet is a built in safe too. Each the two other bedrooms have a private bathroom as well; all with shower, double sink and toilet. Hand and bath towels are also available as well as bed linen and hair dryers.
