The luxury villa was built in one of the most beautiful residential areas of Cape Coral. It was built far above the usual standard, according luxuriously furnished and fully equipped over. The Villa Grandiosa is therefore meant for people who keep the for the good things have meaning, and the luxurious amenities to appreciate all the fantastic offers this beautiful villa.And so the nights are as beautiful as the dates we have set up the five bedrooms with lots of love and taste. Each room has its own charm. In Master bedroom, with door to the pool there is a king-size bed and one single bed and a separate walk-in closet. The Master bath is equipped with shower, tub, separate toilet and mirrored cabinet. The bedroom is a two queen bed room with walk-in closet and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet.In one of the best locations in Cape Coral is our villa Grandiosa. Just after the Cape Coral Bridge, turn left at DelPrado, direction Cape Coral beach, in the Yacht Club Area. They have very short travel by car and by boat: 500 m exit for Caloosahatchee River, through the Biminicanal. Immediately after your boat can show what is in it. Explore the Ten Thousand Islands or the beaches of Sanibel and Captiva.

This unusual beautiful Villa is framed and surrounded with a luscious tropical garden and located on a 21527 sq ft river plot and was built in 1975. It was remodelled in 2005 and generally renovated and has 4790 sq ft living space under air. The house is of course fully air-conditioned plus fans in all rooms. You can gain fast access to the Gulf of Mexico without a lock.In 2005, the pool and terrace were added and the villa was completely renovated and very tastefully equipped with new furniture.The villa offers enough space for up to ten persons.The aqua-tiled Swimming Pool (39 x 13 ft or 12 by 4 meters) is deep and spacious. The electric water-heating system ensures just the right temperature. There is a poolbath with toilet and shower next to the pool and an outside shower as well.There is also a full size Jacuzzi for up to six persons, with therapy jets for your enjoyment.At the outdoor kitchen a Gas BBQ grill can provide all the pleasures of outdoor cooking.In addition there is one table with 8 chairs under cover on the Terrace, immediately outside the Living Room, with ceiling fan and lights. Also on the terrace you will find six sun couches with side tables.The exceptionally large pool area with approximately 2150 SQ feet and the design of the house estimated to be 4790 SQ feet living area with 3 Living rooms with cosy seating sofas, a billiard room with bar, game room, spacious dining area as well as a typically American kitchen. With 5 bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms plus pool bath, there is adequate space for 10 persons.In the Entertainment Center there is a TV with VCR and DVD player as well as a stereo system with CD player.The Kitchen is modern and well-designed to give easy access to the twin-door refrigerator (door has ice-dispenser), the four-burner stove & oven, the microwave, dishwasher & sink. The kitchen area is conveniently situated next to the indoor dining table, with seating for eight to ten (when table is extended), as well as to the breakfast area with seating for six and a few steps away from the pool terrace. Another highlight of this Villa is the entertainment room next to the TV room and kitchen as well. There you will find a bar with four bar stools as well as a billiard table.Next to the entry with stairs to the upper floor is another room for leisure activities. Here you will find a game table with 4 chairs and a bureau with books and society games,Telephone as well as free WLAN high speed Internet connection for your laptop are also present.
