Because the whole yard is fenced, it is extremely private for swimming and sunning. The 50 inch TV has HD and includes many music channels. There is unlimited local and long distance calling in the US only. There is a wireless router and work area with view to the lanai and canal. The dining table has swivel, chairs on casters. They are leather with arms, very comfortable for sitting. You can watch TV from the table if desired. Great for playing family games. There is a printer for your use and two computer chairs. Another positive for this house is it's great location. You could walk or ride your bike (basket on bike) to the grocery store.
