There is a 42” HD TV with local and network HD channels and Blue Ray DVD/VHS player. A nice selection of movies and music CD’s are provided for your enjoyment. A separate office provides a place to work on your laptop or other paperwork. High Speed Wifi internet service is included with free Netflix movies. There are four separate eating areas with a formal dining table that can seat 4-6 or a breakfast nook for three or a breakfast bar for two or a patio table with six chairs. Our 2-storey villa was built in 2009 in a quiet residential area in southwest Cape Coral. The house is located on a large corner lot with views of the Altimira and Fonseca canals with access to the Gulf of Mexico. The first floor is tiled throughout and will provide a clean and hygienic environment. The staircase and second floor are of high quality hardwood. The living area is open and spacious.
