Large fridge with a built-in ice-maker will make your stay even more comfortable.The warm and delighted vacation villa is located on a 1000 Square feet (0,25 acre) waterfront lot in the popular Southwest of Cape Coral. The house sits in southern direction, and points with its terrace and pool deck on a 90 foot wide fresh water canal with access to several lakes.

THE POOL IS SOLARHEATED! sunlight has a inside Laundry and a Poolbath. All Bedrooms have Orthopedic Matresses. You will miss nothing! We have a big TV in the Livingroom a Videothek with more than 130 Movies in German and English, JBL/ Sony Dolby-Digital 5.1, All Bedrooms have TV´s too. The Landscaping is perfect and tropical with a lot off Palms and Trees, The Lot is oversized and it has southern Exposure! The Total-Livingaerea incl. Patio is approx. 280 qm or 3000sqft. We have a german/english House mangement/Service who is living close by. They are taking care of our vacationrenters and charge for the Service like Check IN.
