This marvelous and spacious luxurious penthouse is located near the Eagle Beach of Aruba. The Oceania condo resort was newly built in 2008 (between La Cabana and Costa Linda time share resort). It is the only beachfront condo resort in Aruba; all other beachfront resorts are crowded old time-share or hotel resorts. We offer at a lower price and better intimate guest services than the large resorts and time-shares. Our penthouse condo is the most upscale unit of its size in Oceania.3 Bed Penthouse: One of the most attractive feature of the penthouse is the private 2100 square feet roof top terrace which is accessible from the spiral staircase inside the unit. The Eagle Beach is a 50 yard wide sugar white sand beach. Unlike the Palm beach, Eagle Beach has wider beach, finer sand and amazingly uncrowded. The penthouse is within walking distance to many restaurants, golf course, water sports venues and casinos. Please come and enjoy the sparkling blue ocean and stroll on the beautiful beach.2 Bedroom 2 bath Penthouse: The two bedroom penthouse has a large balcony/terrace from the bedroom.
