Our villa is situated in a beautiful private garden where you can find an abundance of (fruit) trees and tropical flowers and plants. Some examples of trees that we have in our garden are: coconut palms, banana trees, orange, tropical cherry, papaya, avocado and mango. But we also have coffee, cacao and dozens of orchids. Imagine, you just woke up, the weather is great. You walk outside to take a dip in the pool and then help yourself to a fresh coconut from the garden in order to drink it’s milk. Of course you can also mix your coconut with rum and drink this in the evening in the jacuzzi while you enjoy watching the stars.The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms each with air conditioning and fan. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The shower cubicles are all equipped with side jets. You can sleep comfortably in the spacious Queen size beds. The kitchen is very luxurious and fully implemented and has besides a microwave and 5 burner stove on an American (French door) fridge with water and ice machine in the door.The living room is spacious and has comfortable sofas where you can sit inside and enjoy the air conditioning while watching TV on the 40-inch LCD screen, watch a DVD or just read a book. The cable can receive over 130 channels, including most European and American channels. Thanks to the WiFi connection you can anywhere in the house of Internet use, but obviously you can do this everywhere in the garden as well. Eg. by the pool.Our romantic villa is located in a quiet area just between the two hotspots of the Dominican North Coast, Cabarete and Sosua. Thus you can enjoy the tranquility in your own house and garden. The bustling (night) life is only a few minutes away. The residential area has its own private beach (about 200m) and on this beach is one of the best restaurants of the North Coast. In addition, the best Spa wellness Center of the north coast is here as well. Just outside the residential area on the main road you can find a local supermarket and several restaurants. We strongly recommend to take to the local shops to buy. This directly supports the local economy. It is also just a fun experience. Within a radius of one km you can find a few local supermarket (where most Western products are for sale), a casino, a golf course and a ranch. Within a radius of 1 to 5 km are some very famous beaches. These beaches are: Playa Encuentro, Playa Escondida, Playa Sosua, Cabarete Kite Beach and Playa. Depending on your needs these beaches offer everything you wish. Playa Sosua is a romantic quiet bay where you can go swimming, snorkeling and diving. Playa Encuentro and its famous Kite Beach (Kite) are (kite) surfing beaches. Playa Cabarete has many good and very romantic restaurants on the beach.

There Will Be not gritty sand in the house as we have a smooth rock bathing area with access ladder and freshwater shower as you exit the sea. Sleeping Arrangements in the bedrooms the configuration can be twins or king size or combination of the two. Thus accommodation for four adults. Previously we have accommodated children in the sitting area. One of the Owner's stipulations for the design was to have ocean views from all habitable rooms. The cottage is a typical 'Bahamian Island Home', just 3 miles from George Town, is fully furnished with both hard ans softfurnishings, you have private access, paved driveway and off road parking for visitors. In sheltered area with sea views facing south from all habitable rooms. The cottage has combined kitchen / sitting / dining area wrap round balcony, laundry, covered car port, sun bathing facilities and has shower on beach, dock and permanent mooring. The whole situated opposite a 3 x 8 mile stretch of the sport bonefishing in the world. The Waterfront Cottage, is in the Bahama Sound 11 West Subdivision of Great Exuma in the Bahamas. It is in a quiet location on the southern waterfront. Great Exuma is the largest island in the chain of 365 islands comprising Exuma. The Bahamas is in the Atlantic Ocean, borders the North Eastern side of the Caribbean,It has a temperate climate with temperatures in the winter and 55F rising to the 90's F in the summer.
