The slighly higher localized house has a fantastic view to the sea and surrounding area. A rustic finish with two balconies and 4 terraces (5 to 50m2, total around 120m2). The protected property with rustic fence offer 800m2 withc nice lawn, barbecue area and private coconut tree invite you to relax. The tropic climatic conditions offer temperatures between 24 and 30 degrees celsius (75 to 86 F). Between june and december the trade winds blow constantly refreshing you and offering optimal kitesurfing conditions. The beach is reachable in 5 minutes by foot and on the other direction, in 10 minutes you will find sand dunes which invite you to endless walks. The kitchen is completed and functionally equipped with 4-stoven, oven, fridge, including freezing compartment, tableware, pans, utensils, water cooker, toaster, mixer and water dispenser. Two sleeping rooms and a mezzanine with King size double bed and queen size beds and a bulk bed offer place for 8 adults. One baby bed is also available upon request.

We own two beautiful house's in Brazil and we are willing to allow anyone who is interested in traveling, to come and rent the house's. You will have a lot of fun, come and enjoy the experience for yourself. One of the houses (Villa Costa) is located in a peaceful, clean, and safe town by the name of Porto das dunas. Beachouses are located about 20 minutes from Fortaleza ,the capital of Ceara. The house's are located in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. Downtown Fortaleza is a about 20 minute drive from the house's, this is great for those who enjoy the night life, clubs and exploring the city life. Close by the houses there are restaurants, where you eat deliciously and can enjoy a great variety of cuisine for reasonable prices. Only 5 minutes away from Villa Costa, there is one of Brasil's well known tourist attraction called The Beach Park . Ten minutes by car from the Villa Jerome house, there are beautiful restaurants, gift shops, fantastic sites and water rides.Villa Costa has four beautiful bedrooms, in one room there is: two single beds, In another room there is a double bed, in the third room there is a queen size bed, In the Master bedroom there is a King size bed, a huge walk in closet, and a balcony where you can see the ocean view. All room have their own bathroom and closets to store your belongings. There is one living room, one dining room, which includes a TV [with satellite, English speaking channels],a DVD player, stereo system and and internet wifi connection many more.

Villa Jerome is a beautiful bungalow, three bedrooms with their own full Bathroom and also a big swimming pool, beautiful patio, and a gorgeous fruit garden. Of course in both houses there is a Barbecue /bar area. There are many lawn chairs and hammocks you can simply relax or sleep in, and if you want to be active you can play table tennis or darts located on the lawn for your convenience.This beautiful Villa is perfect for your Honeymoon or for Family's or friends just wanting to get away. The property consists of two buildings; The first building contains three suites(with their own washroom), a shared kitchen and living room. The second building contains one suite, one bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. . Both buildings come fully equipped with TV's, DVD players ect. Our "Villa Jerome" is adored because it is very private. The Villa itself is surrounded by a safe private wall. You can still enjoy the wonderful view while you relax by the pool or eat at the Barbecue area. Villa Jerome is located by a very popular beach called "Prainha Beach" and it is located in a village called Aquiraz.There are plenty of places to shop, eat or to entertain yourself.
