RENTAL RATE INFORMATION: - 25 Yrs Old Min Age to Rent - All Rates Are Subject to 11% taxes. - A $300 refundable security deposit is required with all bookings and will be returned back to you within 14 days after your departure, if there are no damages - A deposit of $400 secures a booking, full payment is required 6 weeks prior to your arrival at our villa- Cleaning cost waived for stays of 6 nights or more, otherwise a fee of $100 applies. - Pool heating, recommended between October and April, is available for $20.00 per day. - Check in 4 PM; Check out 11 AM. The villa is beautifully presented and has two Master King suites with private bathrooms, two Queen Rooms one of which is on the ground floor, and a further two twin rooms. There is also a shower room on the ground floor.The villa sleeps 12 and has a large family room, formal dining area and a huge garage with further seating area.High Grove is an executive purpose built gated community, offering a superb clubhouse. Situated on the US 27 just off the Highway 192. Walmart is opposite and there is a restaurant on the door step. Other restaurants and fast food outlets are only minutes away. This is an ideal location and only 10 minutes from Disney.Deposit of £100 or $200 per week is required at the time of booking.
