Vida Del Mar is made up of 198 condos in 13 buildings (each named after a state in Mexico) and is situated on 28 beautifully landscaped acres. Vida is a gated community with its own 24/7 security guards, gardening, maintenance and housekeeping staff. Manzanillo has perfect weather with Jan/Feb (winter) temperatures averaging between 80 - 84'F during the day and 70 - 73'F at night with an ocean temperature of 80 - 82'F.
