You will notice that compared to your own homes, they are quite basic. However, you will quickly realize that they have everything you need and you will soon feel at home.Every unit has a master bedroom, guest bedroom, 2 bathrooms with showers, living/dining area and a galley-style kitchen. They are cooled by ceiling fans and since all of the apartments go from the back of the building to the front, you almost always have a cross breeze. The kitchen has a fridge, stove (gas), coffee maker, toaster, blender and very basic supplies of pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, etc. All towels, bed linens, hand soap and toiletries are supplied.

Comfortable 3 bedroom family home right on the beautiful, child friendly beach in Club Santiago. Great for a family holiday or a quiet getaway. Good security, magnificent view, private pool. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. Club Santiago is a private gated community ten miles north of the city of Manzanillo.Casa Stevenson is on Santiago Bay and Playa Miramar a three mile long beach perfect for long walks and jogging.Playa Miramar is by far the best beach in the area, it offers waves high enough for surfing at one end and a calm beach for toddlers at the other.There is a sunken ship good for diving and snorkelling.

Vida Del Mar is made up of 198 condos in 13 buildings (each named after a state in Mexico) and is situated on 28 beautifully landscaped acres. Vida is a gated community with its own 24/7 security guards, gardening, maintenance and housekeeping staff. Manzanillo has perfect weather with Jan/Feb (winter) temperatures averaging between 80 - 84'F during the day and 70 - 73'F at night with an ocean temperature of 80 - 82'F. Manzanillo has its own international airport (ZLO) with daily flights from most major North American as well as connections throught Mexico City.With three pools plus the ocean at Vida, plus the miles of golden sand beaches at Santiago Bay, just a short distance away it's the perfect tropical holiday destination.The condo (which is our home away from home) is fully equipped with everything needed for a week or month stay.
