The Family Room/ Den not only provides a great media room with Mahogany/Glass French doors for privacy, it also has a 27” flat screen TV with Cable and DVD. A Queen Sleeper Sofa in this warm and inviting room, folds out, providing more sleeping quarters if needed. This sleeper sofa has a memory foam topper and top of the line bedding for additional comfort. This FULLY equipped kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. If you feel like dining in, this kitchen has everything needed to prepare any kind of meal. The dining room is furnished with a full size custom made round wood table and six white leather chairs. This ground floor terrace opens up to a professionally manicured lawn and gardens while offering front row views of the pool and ocean. If you want to spend a dream vacation, relaxing and a taste of real life Dominican, it''s here in this fabulous villa on the hills of Rio San Juan overlooking the sea and montages. The house is just minutes from charming village and is accessed by a dirt road (very exotic), there are horses here and nature is lush you dazzles. The villa is very pleasant, large garden and swimming pool that invites you to really enjoy time goes to Dominican fore Thanks to his kindness, availabilities and for making us discover the kitchen Republic (ask to go shopping with her) and share great time at the table, thank you for papo lobsters, they are excellent. A big thank you to the owner for availabilities and the people there, Mark, Michael and Mary. Ask Michael to go to Samana, it has a fabulous place to stay in paradise. We will return to live once more a unique experience away from the tourist masses.
