Villa Ixu is a 2 bedrooms with air condition,2 bathrooms villa, with the kitchen, dining room and living room all sharing a common area. Cable tv is included. The villa has a stunning large swimming pool with a waterfall and the beach front property also gives you the most amazing views.The villa comes fully equiped, furnished and has a large backyard for camping or to play volleyball. The property is surrounded by a wall and the area is a safe place. The property can be enjoyed for a weekend or better yet an entire week.Shuttle service to and from the airport is included with the one week rentals, so you can enjoy your time from the minute you arrive in the country.Sleeps 6 on a 3 Full size beds, air mattress and hammocks also available. We have 3 double beds and an air mattress that is also a double bed, sleeps 8 plus 4 hammocks.A one night stay at the Posada de el Angel is included in San Salvador for shopping and dining out with the one week rental. Villa Xumaly has 4 bedrooms 3 with a/c with 3 bathrooms in the main house, one bedroom with a bathroom but no a-c, also has an apartment with a bathroom and a/c unit, we can comfortably accomodate upto 8 people but can sleep 12. The villa has a swimming pool and a pergola to relax.The property is well manicured with fruit trees and flowers. The ocean is only a few feet from the main gate. The property has a wall all around and is a very safe area.The property is fully equiped and furnished.The price includes the maid service full time and a grounds keeper.
