This sea facing 4 bedroom beachfront ecohouse offers a unique accommodation layout, sleeping 7 persons comfortably-preferably a family. It adjoins the beautiful Blue-Flag Konnos Beach and the partly sub-marine Cape Greco National Park! On the first floor, the master bedroom comes with a large corner bed, raised to take the sea view in. As part of the bedroom suite we have located a sea facing creative studio with its own balcony, a single bed, and fax/office facilities. On this floor we have added a children bedroom with 3 beds, one on a loft accessible via an easy stairwell and two bunk-beds, allowing space for games.On the ground floor, this house offers a large kitchen by Miele with all appliances plus a great coffee making machine, a custom made breakfast/dining table for 8 people with wall mounted TV. The living room is advantageously located, and offers great sea views. There is a high-quality fireplace, good access to the outside via wall-to-wall windows. On the same floor we have tucked in a small single bed bedroom with a ground floor shower are adjacent to each other next to the stairwell-great for an elderly person or a guest.Outside the house is surrounded by opportunities! A large overflow pool with walk-in steps shaded by a pergola with its hammock-great for hot noon moments! A decked lounging area with 4 sun beds. Built-in garden seating, as part of an outdoor dining area. A small garden house with BBQ facilities and a store room.

This is a sea facing 4-bedroom beach ecohouse with its private swimming pool adjoining the partly sub-marine Cape Greco National Park and the beautiful Blue-Flag Konnos Beach. Ideal for one family with 2 or 3 adult children, or for two families with up to 5 young children, the architectural layout of this beach house is practical and will offer moments to enjoy. Each of the two sea-facing bedrooms has a double bed, and the third bedroom has an 8m2 loft with a staircase, making it suitable for up to 4 children to sleep together. On the ground floor, a single bed room 2m by 3m is good for an elderly or disabled person, or for a teenage child. Outside, sunbeds, the swimming pool with its shower, a pergola and outdoor dining and lounging furniture complete the broad picture, all within well-landscaped grounds.

The pool area offers privacy and is surrounded by green. A south facing patio under a large pergola is ideal for al-fresco lunches. A garden house with its barbeque and adjacent outdoor dining area also has sea views. The area around the house is strictly residential, and not densely populated, offering peaceful moments. This home is suitable for one or two families, with 2 bedrooms each having a double bed, and a 3rd bedroom sleeping two persons in separate beds. These beds can be expanded to become double. A small bedroom on the ground floor, with its own shower/wc can sleep one additional person.This is by virtue of location a very private that opens up towards the Cape Greco coastline. It is located at the cul-de-sac of the private drive of the Artisan Resort and one of the most preferred properties within the Artisan Resort. All the neighbouring properties are individually owned by residents with young families, and families are especially welcome. Bachelor parties and the renting of the house for any purpose that would disturb the peace of the neighbourhood is not recommended.
