Easily accessed by motorway & local airports (Nimes Airport 20 mins) and TGV stations (Nîmes and Avignon 25 min). Adriana’s Traditional House, it’s an old traditional agricultural house fully renovated on 2005. It’s located in Kato Marathi area, which is 1km from Kostos Village, 8km from Parikia town (port) and only 4km away from Naoussa (dirt road but easy going). Car transportation is highly recommended. The property is rounded by 38 private acres that includes big yards, a complete barbecue area with a wooden oven and a spacious open parking. The main house consists of two floors (130m2). Has two entrances in the front, one from the kitchen and one from the living room, and one entrance in the back side. One big yard in frond (shared with the guest house studio), one smaller on the back side plus one terrace on the upper floor.On the upper floor there are two small children’s single bedrooms (second single bed can be added) plus one bathroom. There is also a laundry room with the washing machine, iron and ironing board, Satellite TV and sitting area. On ground floor there is one master bedroom with double bed and TV screen. There is a bathroom across the corridor (that leads on the back door). There are four steps that lead on upper level where the dining room is, and connected with an arc at the living room where there are two big couches that become double beds.
