Main Street Cottage is a newly redecorated 1920s Greytown cottage. There are two double bedrooms with fine linen and goosedown duvets, beautiful modern bathroom with free standing claw foot bath and separate shower, a warm and cozy lounge with Victorian tiled open fire and heat pump. FREE Wi-Fi, SKY TV (inc Sport and movie channels). The fully equipped kitchen with new appliances leads to a covered, al fresco dining area with table space for 12. Wonderfully warm in winter: firewood supplied. Rose filled gardens, hedges, fresh herbs and topiary complete the picture. Continental breakfast provisions for first morning. Tea, milk and plunger coffee is provided and the pantry is well stocked with dry stores. Main Street Cottage is within 2 minutes walking distance to Greytown’s wonderful cafes, restaurants and boutique shops, and a 15 minute drive will take you to the award winning vineyards of Martinborough and Gladstone or take a day trip up to the surf beaches of Riversdale or Castlepoint. Main Street Cottage is a two minute walk to Greytown's village centre, cafes and restaurants, and boutique shopping experience. The fully fenced and electric gated property is safe and secure for children and animals. We provide a pet friendly (outdoors) holiday home. As well as the property being fully fenced and secure there is also a dog enclosure. Drive on, flat access, lawns and garden with room for a tent.

Welcome to our cottage, your holiday home away from home for a well deserved break!Newly built in 2005, the cottage features open plan living, designer furniture, and a cosy wood fire for warmth and ambience. A large picture window offers views towards the ranges. The kitchen is modern and offers hot plates and a microwave oven for your convenience. The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. The master bedroom offers a queen sized bed, the second bedroom features 2 single beds. We offer the use of a cot if you have small children, complete with bedding. We are child friendly, families are welcome! Breakfast can either be enjoyed in the privacy of the cottage, or be served at the main homestead. For your relaxation we offer a CD player with a choice of music from our own extensive collection, from medieval, barock and classic, to more modern like jazz, country or easy listening. On a summer’s night you can sit on the deck and see the star studded sky (no disturbance from street lighting here!), sip a wine and experience the silence of the night. Have your own privacy, your own views in an environment created especially to feel good!

Like to enjoy the hospitality and the company of a home stay? We offer 2 private bedrooms in our large and sunny home! Bedroom 1 has French doors and views towards the ranges, bedroom 2 looks out over the patio. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds, while we can provide a port-a-cot if you need one for a baby. You have the use of a modern luxury bathroom with bath and separate shower (for guests only) and a separate toilet. Your breakfast will be served in the dining room, or alternatively in summer on the large patio, or under the pergola, your choice! If you like to have dinner with us, please let us know and we certainly can accommodate for that as well!
