South Hermosa in comparison has lower property values, many more apartment buildings and less single family homes-- is noisier, with a more mixed demography. This beautiful vacation rental is a three story home with a two car garage. The living room is on the top floor with tall ceilings which brings in a lot of natural light and an ocean view. This entertainment room has a large couch with a new flat screen TV and an attached balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze. The balcony has a brand new grill so our guests can enjoy being outside with a view while barbecuing. There is a dining room table located off of the living room with a modern kitchen. The kitchen has all updated amenities such as a stainless steel refrigerator, stainless steel stove, dish washer, wine cellar, stainless steel microwave, and granite counter tops. Lastly on the first floor, there is beachy 1/2 bathroom. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and one master bedroom with an attached bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a queen and a full size bed with large mirrored closets. The second bedroom is a queen sized bed with a new flat screen TV, a dresser and a large mirrored closet. The master bedroom is a California King size bed with a new flat screen TV, DVD, cable box, stereo system and an attached full size bathroom. Also located on this floor is another full size bathroom to accommodate the travelers in the other two bedroom rooms. The third floor is the entrance to the home as well as the garage with a washer/dryer.This home is the definition of a classic beach one with one of a kind views. During the winter or summer, you will get unbelievable weather with a great location. This home is within walking distance of downtown Hermosa Beach which has a lot of restaurants, bars, music clubs, shops and art shops. Also this home is walking distance to the Redondo Beach pier which has many seafood restaurants, bars, and quaint shops.
