CHAMPERY VACATION COTTAGE RENTAL DESCRIPTION L'Anta Rousa is an old country cottage in the mountain, entirely renovated in 1998. It is located at 1300 meters of altitude in a very quiet zone in the middle of the pastures, a 5 to 10 minute ride from the village and the cable-car. Facing south, it receives the sun rays early in the day and makes it possible to admire extraordinary sunsets on the chain of Les Dents du Midi.

The panorama in the valley is impressive. The chalet is planned for 12 people and includes 5 bed rooms, 2 wash rooms, a kitchen-bar (dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator, vitroceramics, oven, coffee machine, kettle, cheese fondue set , planty of crockery and kitchen utensils) opened with the dining-room and the living-room, TV, telephone, sheltered paved terrace and lawn terrace, garden furniture, barbecue for grills, fountain, and parking space for at least 5 vehicles. If you like the calm of the mountain, it is a dream place.

In the summer, you are in the medium of the VTT trail and footpaths; in the winter, you are withdrawn from the hubbub of the resort, in the middle of the snowfields where the children (and adults of course) can go sliding without danger. In winter, the access to roads is well cleared but winter equipment for your vehicle is essential. To reach the ski trails, you need your vehicle (5 to 10 minute ride).

My living-room is spacious and comfortable. My patio-doors lead you to the terrace and the Dents Blanches. Satellite TV, DVD, VHS, telephone and pierre ollaire add to its comfort. My meal corner is open to the living-room and the kitchen. Twelve people can easily take place around its table. Drink your morning coffee or your herb tea in the evening while admiring the sunrise or the sunset on Les Dents du Midi and Les Dents Blanches becomes a possible dream.

My kitchen offers all the comfort a housewife can dream of: dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, vitroceramics, oven, fan, coffee machine, kettle and planty of utensils and crockery. Two rooms complete first floor: a room with two beds decorated with the old charm of the chalet; a door gives you access to the outdoor staircase. A room with bunk beds with an old school bench. My first floor bathroom includes a sink, WC and a bath-tub also equipped with a shower curtain. Undeniable charm!

A storeroom for large pans, preserves, cleaning products. A laundry-room which is also a second entrance. Practical when shoes are dirty or to suspend wet ski combination. One also finds there an object which, I hope, nobody will need: the extinguisher!
