NAPLES VACATION VILLA RENTAL DESCRIPTION 4 Bedroom Luxury villa with large heated pool by a picture lake in Naples, South West Florida. The back garden area faces south west with a heated pool and eight seated spill-over spa is ideal for those early evening cocktails whilst enjoying the fabulous sunset. The expanded extra large pool deck has a lake view with abundant sun beds and a BBQ grill for alfresco dining. The villa was built for Florida living to give maximum enjoyment to guests.
The living area has two cream sofas with coordinating tables and lamps. A 16-foot span of sliding glass doors affords a great view of the pool and spa beyond. We have a state-of-the-art home entertainment system with sofas and armchairs for additional comfort. The Master bedroom, Queen Bedroom and living area wrap around the lanai and pool to create inside/outside living..... Our private, gated community provides communal swimming pool, clubhouse and children's play area.
The villa also offers a golf driving range at the entrance to Briarwood. The sugar sand beaches of the Gulf, Third and Fifth Avenue shops and fine dining restaurants are just ten minutes drive away. This villa is our cherished home and has designer furnishings and decorator touches throughout. Make it your own home away from home!
