Situated in prestigious Watersong, this lake view Davenport home stay home offers a perfect retreat to spend a fun filled vacation with family or friends. Since it is just 15 minutes away from Disney, you can make multiple trips to the land of magic without wasting much of your precious vacation time in commuting.
Suitable for 12 guests, plus 1 infants, our 6 bedroom 6.5 bathroom rental home in Davenport features four en-suite master bedrooms 3 with king-size and 1 queen size beds. There is a twin bedroom and a little girl’s dream bedroom with Jack and Jill bathroom. All the bedrooms are equipped with LCD cable TV’s and DVD players. The kitchen comes well stocked and there is a formal as well as a family dining area.
The living room hosts top of the line entertainment facilities that a whole family can enjoy together, including NETFLIX so your viewing potential is vast. There is a large LCD TV, DVD player, stereo and a Computer with unlimited Internet access as well as WiFi. Together with a game room that contains pool table, air hockey, foosball and darts and PlayStation 2, this Davenport house rental boasts something for everyone.
For wonderful vacations, this magnificent two story Davenport vacation home provides a sparkling private swimming pool with spa on an extended deck, with luxurious pool furniture and outdoor dining facilities. There is also a tiled covered lanai which houses a summer kitchen with Gas BBQ grill, fridge and poolside bar plus an outside restroom and shower.
There are theme parks, water parks, golf and major sporting venues near our Davenport Florida home stay. Beach buffs will enjoy easy access to the east or west coast, just an hour away with a myriad of water activities including windsurfing, fishing, boating and sailing.
