The three-and-a-half-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor and occupies about 100 sqm. It boasts a spacious verandah and a comfortable parking and it is part of Belmont Chalet. It sets amongst a splendid park, which hosts the prestigious Parkhotel Waldhaus ***** of Flims, in Grigioni Canton.
The hotel opened in 1877, and is member of the exclusive "The Leading Hotels of the World" Group. It is ranked among the 10 best Swiss hotels (Bilanz).
