Quietly located in a cul-de-sac minutes from Cape Coral´s Yacht Club community park and beach our 180 m² (1940sq ft) home provides all amenties needed to make your holidays memorable.
The 1,000 m² property has a direct access to the Caloosahatchee-River. Because of its 640 km of canals, Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America. A lovely west-facing pool area with its brand new lovely electric-heated and screened pool is perfect for streching out in the sunshine. You will find 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms (in one of it is a tub), living- and dining room. The large eat-in kitchen comes fully equipped and has a pleanty of counter space for preparing meals and entertaining guests.
