RENTAL DESCRIPTION
Rainbow house is situated 150 meters from one of many beaches in a quiet area on a dead end street in authentic Brazilian village.Yet only half an hour away from Ponta Negra and several shopping malls and numerous restaurants.
The beach house benefits from his own sloping pool (120 - 180m) (9x4m) Lovely ocean views from 2 bedrooms. Leading from the living-room is a big U shaped veranda around the house with 2 sets of tables and chairs for 10 people for all fresco dining.
With one double room en suite and 3 twin bedrooms all with own bathrooms (one room in separate apt in the back garden) makes the house ideal for more families and groups of friends.The house can accommodate up to 8 people. Veranda with Brazilian BBQ, plenty of space for a table and chairs for al fresco dining, work surface and sink, also accessible via stairs next to the double garage. The pool and the garden are maintained daily by our neighbor who lives at the back of the property.
Garden borders on the dunes, a protected area, accessible by a door in the fence.
Own water supply by a pump that pumps up water from the dunes and supplies the house with water via reservoirs on top of the roofs. The water can be drunk safely without having to be cooked. We have an agent in nearby Ponta Negra, fluent in Dutch, English, Portuguese and Spanish and who can be reached for questions and who will hand over keys to the property and do a house tour with the necessary explanations.
Natal can glory in a long and rich history that dates back to the Dutch and the Portuguese domination. From that time is the impressive Fort Reis Magos, beautiful historic churches and quite an amount of colonial properties, be it restored or not. Also interesting is the former prison that now serves as a tourist centre and a handicraft market. On Thursday there is a steaming dance event with a live performance of the “forro” the samba variant of Natal.
