4 Bdrm Villa on Yal-ku, Akumal

AKUMAL VACATION VILLA RENTAL DESCRIPTION AZUL RIVIERA is one of the largest and most beautiful Villas in Akumal with over 4,000 square feet of living space. It is located on Yal ku Lagoon which is like an enormous outdoor aquarium. You can jump right into the lagoon from your back yard, or you can jump right into the fabulous swimming pool. There is also a private beach area to get that suntan you just have to take home with you!

Large families, seminar groups, wedding parties, etc. find it ideal because of it's spaciousness. The villa has three bedrooms and three baths: Two downstairs and the master suite upstairs.Both the downstairs bedrooms have ample beds one bedroom has a king and a day bed with a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom.The other has two double beds, and if that isn't enough both bedrooms also have lofts containing two twin beds! The bathrooms are all enormous and offer a lot of privacy.

There is a Jacuzzi tub in the downstairs bath. Azul Riviera is a large, traditional hacienda style Villa. Up the spiral staircase you will find the Master Suite which has it's own private sun deck and a king sized bed. The top floor of the villa is an incredible observation room that provides a full 360 degree view of the lagoon, jungle and ocean perfect for sunrises and sunsets! All linens are provided and there is maid service 6 days a week. Downstairs there is a full amenities kitchen just off of the Great Room,
which is both a dining area and living area with a cathedral ceiling there is enough seating for 17-20 people for dining.

Outside there is a beautiful fountain on the sun deck and two Palapas.The large palapa (1200ft) is excellent for entertaining with it's wet bar, seating at tables or lounging, and even hammocks, there are even fans to keep you cool! The swimming pool (12' x 30') is between the large palapa and the cenote & lagoon. The other palapa is located beach side to the Yal-ku Lagoon.Azul Riviera has its own private beach and it's own private Cenote in the backyard, you may go for a swim and brush up on your snorkeling skills, the cenote even has it's own schools of brightly colored fish. A cenote is a salt water pool formed naturally in the limestone. Casa Del Sol is located next door with an occupancy of fourteen you can be grouped in these two villas for family reunions, weddings, workshops, executive retreats and relaxed business meetings.
