ALBEROBELLO VACATION VILLA RENTAL DESCRIPTION Spacious and luxury accomodation in an elevated position. The property is in fact two units attached together to produce one spacious property that also gives an amount of privacy even for big groups. The style being a trulli, is unique to this region of Italy. This is a character home with trulli cones, vaulted ceilings, stone walls and stone and marble floors. The property is well designed, retaining all the character of the traditional building. Offering very spacious accommodation, making it ideal for families and groups of all sizes. Outside there is a large private solar heated pool, a poolside gazebo and comfortable high quality sunbeds, all in an enclosed garden. Large terraces for alfresco dining. The large games room and wireless internet are additional attractive features. Set in a stunning location with panoramic views across the countryside to the Val D'Itria and the distant town of Martina Franca, yet a 5 minute drive Within of the famous town of Alberobello. (UNESCO heritage site). The heaed pool,(Open from April to October subject to weather end)has been enclosed sympathetically but does provide a greater degree of security and safety for families with young children, with stone walls and pretty iron fencing with lockable gate. The poolside is well equipped with 10 aluminum from sunbeds and benefits from a permanent shade pergola with seating under; an aluminum table and 4 chairs. The pool is cleaned and maintained regularly during your stay. The villa has 2 patios, with covered and open areas. The south facing terrace is large and holds a stone table and seating for 10. The east facing terrace has a large circular table with chairs for 6. Large parking area with shade at the rear of the property. A large BBQ is available. The area around is is perfect for cycling, undulating countryside and minimal traffic. We have 4 bikes that guests are welcome to use and we can suggest various cycle routes. Bari and Brindisi airports are conveniently located, Both Within the villa an hour from Naples and an easy 3 hour Drive with Greater frequency and cheap flights. Direct flights to the region daily from Stansted (Ryan Air) and 3 times weekly from Gatwick (BA) or fly via Milan or Rome. Car hire is essential. (Google Earth Grid Ref N 40 ° 45,156 E 017 ° 14 215).
