This beautiful, fully air conditioned, Poipu Kai Regency condo is very spacious with two stories that open into a loft that serves as a forth bedroom. On the main floor there is the master bedroom with a King sized bed, a large master bathroom, walk in shower, tub, closet, 2 sink vanity, TV and even a private Lanai. There is a second bedroom with two twin beds (which can be made into a King sized bed) if desired and bathroom for their use. We have provided a stacked washer/dryer on this floor as well. The Kitchen, with granite counter tops, is very modern and is loaded with the newest appliances for your convenience. The living room has a large TV with cable, a DVD player and a surround sound stereo system for your enjoyment.The upstairs boasts a spacious loft area with a closet and two twin beds (can be made into a King sized bed) and a view of the downstairs living area. There is also a third private bedroom with a queen bed and TV as well as another full bathroom up there as well.

Waipouli is located in Kapaa, You are centrally located on the Island. Shopping directly across the street, Safeway, Foodland, Long Drugs, Ice Cream Store, Panda Express, Starbucks, Papaya health food and many more. The bike path is very close and there are many areas to walk. The Health Spa on the property is state of the art. Th pool is beautifully designed with three jacuzzis. The beach bar and restaurant are wonderful, very convenient and a beautiful place to sit and watch the sunset with a beverage. Towels for the pool are supplied. There are four bar-b-ques in the pool area for all to use. There is a concierge in the lobby to help you plan your fun trips to see the sights on the island. The municipal golf course in just a few minutes away. There are several great golf courses, Two in Princeville, The PGA course in Poipu, Kiahuna in Poipu, The Puakea Golf Course in Lihue, KauiI Lagoons at the Marriott, The Wailua Municipal course in Kapaa. Great value for a local course.If you are looking for the dream vacation in Hawaii and want to see and hear the ocean out of every window this is the place for you. It is magical. You will be situated on the third floor and experience complete privacy and quiet. Directly out side of the G building at Waipouli is the Nature Preserve, which consists of a beautiful lawn with native flowers and then the sandy beach and warm blue water. This is what guarantees your peace and quiet. Waipouli was built with attention to detail. All the finest appliances were put in the kitchen, sub zero refrigerator and freezer, wolf glass cook top and oven. You will love the Fisher Paykel double drawer dish washer and GE profile microwave. The granite counter tops with tumbled marble back splash complete the working surface in this state of the art kitchen.There are two master suite bedrooms. One has a king size bed and the other a queen bed. The sofa in the living room makes into a queen sleeper. We have a crib for an infant. We have beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, two boogie boards, three sets of snorkels and fins for our guests. There are two showers and two comfortable tubs to soak away the sore muscles from all your activities during the day. If you like to lay in bed and read you will find the lighting adequate. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with many channels available. We have a Tivo for recording your favorite shows and several feature films for the DVD player, games, books and cards for your use and enjoyment. All units have central air conditioning and of course the elevators. The pool area is a wonderful lazy river design with two water slides, a cave and three water falls. The sandy bottom jacuzzi are really great, very large and comfortable. Attached to the pool is a sandy bottom area for the toddle. Enjoy a cocktail watching the sunset. The Oasis Bar and Restaurant one of a kind!!There is a spa on the property, 'Spa by the Sea' 808-822-2171. There is a new state of the art gym by the pool to work off a few pounds or just take a walk around the property on the paths or along the beach. Just up the road is the Coconut Market Place with many shops and a theater. You can go into Kappa, just a short walk and rent bikes to enjoy the newly installed bike path along the ocean. We have installed the oracode locking system. Upon final payment you will be given a code to enter the unit. There is no worry about loosing the keys. I believe you will find this very convenient. They are located on six lushly landscaped oceanfront acres. Each condo features a balcony/lanai where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and complete or partial ocean views and are only a few strides away from a private beach. #115 - Ocean View: Unit #115 is a ground floor unit with a nice ocean view (approximately 100 paces to the private beach). It is on a corner so you get an extra window that lets in more light to make the unit cheery and bright! It is our most affordable unit at. #131 - Direct Oceanfront: Unit #131 is DIRECT oceanfront and literally steps to the private beach. Can't get much closer to the ocean! It is a ground floor unit that is nicely equipped with amenities and many special, unique touches. #151 - Direct Oceanfront: Unit #151 is DIRECT oceanfront and literally steps to the private beach. There are monk seals, turtles and beautiful tropical fish in the water with you. You can rent equipment at Poipu Beach. The legendary Poipu Bay Golf Course is minutes away and is open to the public. The best restaurants on Kauai are in Poipu, Roy's Bar and Grill, The Beach House, and Tidepools at the Hyatt. Brick oven pizza is a 15 minute drive away. There is shopping near by as well. The condo is located on the southern most tip of the island, the sunny part of the island. Drive 1-1/2 hours north to the rain forest part of the island. There are many adventures there. Drive 1-1/2 hours to the west and visit the arid side of the island. Visit the Grand Canyon of Hawaii, Waimea Canyon, a 45 minute drive to the west. There are many hiking trails here. All this is packed into one island with our condo located in the middle of it all, with an ocean view.
