Our villa is modern style furnished, has everything you would expect in a holiday home, 4 bedrooms, 2 with king-size beds, 1 with single bed´s, 1 with triple bunk bed all with private TV. 2 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen, etc. with ceran stove, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum etc. bed linen, hand and bath towels are plentiful. This detached villa has everything you could want for a sunshine holiday in Florida! Luxurious and beautifully furnished, covering 3210 sq. ft. The rear of the property overlooks a lake and fountain, is on a larger than standard plot and is fenced each side for added privacy. The villa can sleep 14, having 6 bedrooms, three are en suite one having a balcony and another doors to the terrace. There is a family bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs. Hairdryers and towels supplied.Games room - including air hockey, table tennis, darts and an 8' slate bed pool table with overhead lighting. Table and seating provide a great place to socialize whilst enjoying iced drinks - refrigerator has ice maker!The pool and jacuzzi is screened,can be heated if required, has a security fence & alarm on the living room doors for child safety.The large terrace has a long lanai with ceiling fan,parasol,tables and chairs under for enjoyable meals outside, plus 6 padded loungers. A spacious master bedroom having balcony with new patio set and loungers overlooking the lovely lake and fountain,has a king size bed, a large en suite with bath and separate shower, walk-in closet and 2 vanity units. 2 bedrooms downstairs have queen size beds and en suites, one is particularly desirable as it has doors leading onto the pool terrace.There is another bedroom upstairs with a queen size bed,a twin bedded room having the family bathroom at the same end of the galleried landing. There is a further twin bedded room downstairs that has the new shower room opposite. All bedrooms have a TV / DVD / VCR combo and extra blankets are provided. Further new fold up bed and pull out mattress supplied. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.Hairdryers supplied.The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker, cooker/oven, slow cooker, liquidizer, toaster, coffee maker plus ample equipment and crockery. The large washer and drier are located separately in a closet in the games room.The spacious living room has 2 large leather sofas and a 56 TV with satellite, DVD and VCR. The dining area and breakfast bar together has seating for 10 and living room for 6, giving ample room for large groups to eat together.NEW!We have replaced the TV combo on the landing relaxation area with a new flat screen TV, PC and some games for all the family to enjoy. WI-FI wireless broadband internet, music stereo system, telephone, board games and books are also available to make your stay more like home. Bed linen and lots of towels are provided. This home has the best location possible! It is located in a Cul De Sac just 5 short minutes from Disney and Hwy 192.Newly refurbished in July 2008 with further ugrades made annually, it has a Private screened pool and has a fully fenced garden area which gives total privacy around the pool the garden is lawned. There is an air conditioned Games Room fitted with a pool table and an air hockey/table tennis table. All public areas are tiled with carpets in the bedrooms. This fully air-conditioned detached house is light and airy. It has 2 master en-suite bedrooms one with a King bed and the other with a Queen bed. There are 2 twin bedrooms sharing a 3rd full bathroom. The home is furnished in a contemporary style throughout with 2 modern 3 seat recliner settees and every conceivable item is supplied, including linens, towels, iron, cooker, dish washer, washer, dryer and more. All common areas are tiled.All Bedrooms have cable TV and the twins have either a DVD or a Play Station 2. All rooms have modern ceiling fans for your comfort. The villa is situated on Santee Drive in the Indian Creek sub-division, Kissimmee, just off exit 64 of the Interstate 4 (I4) and SR429. It is therefore only minutes to the Walt Disney World (only 3 miles), Universal Studios and Sea World theme parks, plus some of the world’s best golf courses. This villa offers free high-speed internet (cable and Wi-Fi) plus free local and long-distance calling within the United States and Canada. A fax-copier is available too. The villa has many extras to make your stay very enjoyable. It has been furnished to a very good standard. The great floor plan places the family room right in the middle of the kitchen, dining room, 5 bedrooms, game room and the pool area. Upon entering the villa, on your left hand side there is the first bedroom with 2 Single Beds, TV and closet. On the right left hand side, you will find the game room with Foosball table, Air Hockey, Pool Table, Ping Pong and other games. Walking straight ahead you will find the open, well fitted kitchen with a breakfast table (4 seats) on the left; the spacious dining area with large table (6 seats) is on your right. The kitchen includes a full size oven, built-in microwave, large fridge-freezer with ice-maker, waste disposal unit and dishwasher. There is also a full range of electrical appliances and utensils – everything you could want in your home away from home. Then there is the large family room with plenty seating space. It has a mega flat screen TV with digital cable, DVD and VCR player. A music centre with CD changer is present too. All other bedrooms are located around this family room. To the right you find another bedroom with Queen Bed, cable TV and closet. It has a bathroom with vanity, shower and toilet. This bathroom is shared with the next bedroom with 2 Single Beds. This one too has cable TV and a closet. Towards the rear on the right there is a bedroom with Queen Bed, cable TV, closet and en suite bathroom with vanity, bath tub, toilet and direct pool access. On the left you will find the Master bedroom with King Bed, cable TV with VCR, closet and en suite bathroom. This bathroom has a garden tub, large walk-in shower, dual vanity, extra closet, toilet and direct pool access too. Direct pool access is a very convenient feature; step right from the pool deck into your bathroom for a quick shower after that refreshing swim.
