The dining room overlooks the pool, and offers enough seating for everyone! The sports themed game room is a cool place to get together, shoot some pool, play air hockey and even watch TV.There is a refrigerator right there in the game room, you don't even have to go back into the kitchen! There is also a XBOX 360 in the game room! The colors in the master bedroom will make you feel calm and relaxed and the super king size bed will ensure sweet dreams.The master bedroom leads out to the pool, which makes a late night trip to the hot tub easy access after the kids go to bed.The second bedroom is yellow and sunny, and has a queen size bed. The two twin rooms are kid friendly, that's for sure! One room is decorated with a Madagascar theme! The linens and decorations are imported from all over the world, so you can rest assured your kids are sleeping on quality!The second twin room also has two twin beds, is bright and colorful and decorated with a Mickey Mouse theme! These rooms are so great; your kids will be EXCITED about bed time! There are TVs in all of the bedrooms, so no need to fight over the remote! The TV in the master bedroom is a 32 inch flat screen, and it also has a full HD cable package. So many channels to choose from! Not all houses have a stand alone hot tub, but this one does! It's a great way to relax after a long day at the parks.One of the best things about this house IS THE POOL! Large bamboo plants line the back of the pool area, so you have total privacy. It makes you feel like you've stepped into some tropical paradise! The backyard is fully fenced in, so no need to worry about rear neighbors. There is a peaceful rock waterfall that flows into the pool, no other vacation home around has that! Also, there is no better place for a family dinner than out on the patio, it has an outdoor kitchen,bbq & 32 LCD TV. The pool is lit at night by multichanging led lighting system and the liani has rope lighting around to give it that extra feel.

The villa has 7 bedrooms all the rooms have lcd tv/dvd. 4.5 bathrooms all fitted with hairdryers on the wall, 2 King rooms both en-suite and both have a 42 inch lcd high definition tv/dvd ALSO BOTH KING BEDS ARE BEAUTIFUL 4 POSTER BEDS, 2 Queen rooms one is en-suite, 2 Twin rooms (Mickey Mouse Room and a Betty Boop Room) Then another room with 2 sets of bunk beds (Scooby Doo Room) We also have 2 fulls size cots for babies and 1 pack and play, highchair, 4 strollers , baby monitor and a wheelchair. no need to bring your own, we have it all for you.In the GAME ROOM we have a full size pool table, Air hockey, foosball, darts board, arcade machine,cd/player, tv, ps2 with 25 games,lots of books, toys and games for toddlers.We have 2 living rooms, one with a 52 inch lcd high definition tv/dvd and the other is a nice quite family room/Dining Table , large kitchen with everything and more to cook a small breakfast or a great christmas dinner....Full cooker, microwave, toaster,kettle,coffee pot,hot dog warmer, popcorn maker,crockpot,blender,spice rack,fridge/freezer with ice maker. In the laundry room we have a large washer and Dryer.All towels including pool towels are provided so no need to bring any with you(saving room in your case for shopping)we have over 250 dvd movies to choose from in our dvd library.Large swimming pool/spa overlooks conservation so nice and private, pool is south/east facing you get the sun all day.lots of pool toys and inflatables. gas barbecue is also at the pool area !!!Emerald Island Resort is located within 2 minutes of the busy 192. here you can find all the shops and restaurants
