Kissimmee Vacation rental is a Villa of four Bedrooms and three Bathrooms with the pool and the spa. It is known as Indian Creek, only 3.5miles distance from Disney and less than 1 mile from local shops and restaurants.Our location is a sought for your Orlando vacation and definitely you'll have a memorable trip to the magic. Our home is located on a premium lot with open views to the rear. The Villa is fully furnished and decorated to a high standard. The city of Kissimmee, the county seat, is 18 miles due south of Orlando. Osceola's other incorporated city, St. Cloud, is 9 miles east of Kissimmee and approximately 45 miles west of the city of Melbourne on the Atlantic coast.Osceola County has historically been known as a transportation crossroad and is currently served by the Florida East Coast, Seaboard and Amtrak railroad systems, Interstate 4 and U.S. Highways 17/92, 441, 192 and the Florida Turnpike.The transportation network includes connections to the Orlando Beltway and Osceola Parkway, which provide access from the Florida Turnpike to Walt Disney World.Osceola County is served by the Kissimmee Municipal Airport and is just 10 miles south of Orlando International Airport.An urban area in the northwest quadrant dominates Osceola County's geography. The villa has 7 bedrooms all the rooms have lcd tv/dvd. 4.5 bathrooms all fitted with hairdryers on the wall, 2 King rooms both en-suite and both have a 42 inch lcd high definition tv/dvd ALSO BOTH KING BEDS ARE BEAUTIFUL 4 POSTER BEDS, 2 Queen rooms one is en-suite, 2 Twin rooms (Mickey Mouse Room and a Betty Boop Room) Then another room with 2 sets of bunk beds (Scooby Doo Room) We also have 2 fulls size cots for babies and 1 pack and play, highchair, 4 strollers , baby monitor and a wheelchair. no need to bring your own, we have it all for you.In the GAME ROOM we have a full size pool table, Air hockey, foosball, darts board, arcade machine,cd/player, tv, ps2 with 25 games,lots of books, toys and games for toddlers.We have 2 living rooms, one with a 52 inch lcd high definition tv/dvd and the other is a nice quite family room/Dining Table , large kitchen with everything and more to cook a small breakfast or a great christmas dinner....Full cooker, microwave, toaster,kettle,coffee pot,hot dog warmer, popcorn maker,crockpot,blender,spice rack,fridge/freezer with ice maker. In the laundry room we have a large washer and Dryer.All towels including pool towels are provided so no need to bring any with you(saving room in your case for shopping)we have over 250 dvd movies to choose from in our dvd library.Large swimming pool/spa overlooks conservation so nice and private, pool is south/east facing you get the sun all day.lots of pool toys and inflatables. gas barbecue is also at the pool area !!!Emerald Island Resort is located within 2 minutes of the busy 192. here you can find all the shops and restaurants
