Located in Briarwood a pleasant gated community, just 6 minutes from downtown Fifth Ave South and the beach. This four bedroom, two bathroom home has a heated pool, large lanai and two car garage. The house has a large master suite with king size bed opening on to the pool with en suite master bathroom with separate shower and tub. Second bedroom has a queen bed, third bedroom has twin beds and fourth bedroom has twin beds also, plus a sleeper sofa in the TV room. All rooms are comfortably furnished and well-equipped. This four bedroom, two bathroom home with heated pool and double garage is located in Briarwood, a pleasant landscaped and gated residential area of individually designed houses all with private pools just 10 minutes to Fifth Ave South and the beach. The house has a large master suite with superking size bed opening on to the pool, second bedroom with queen size bed, third and fourth bedrooms with twin beds,and also two double sleeper sofas in the living room. Sleeps up to 12. All rooms are comfortably furnished and well-equipped. Great for a family reunion! Pets welcome! This lovely house is fully equipped with all you will need for your vacation. The large pool, 30 ft by 15ft, is not overlooked. You can sit outside on the sun loungers or eat al fresco, using the barbeque if you wish, on the tables and chairs by the pool. The master bedroom suite is exceptionally large and comfortable with a desk, storage units, lamps, rugs and TV in bedroom; bathroom with double wash basins, both tub and shower, separate WC and large walk-in closet. The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped for up to 12 people with granite worktops, breakfast table and bar stools. It has a dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge, freezer, ice maker, toaster, coffee makers, wireless broadband router and phone with voicemail. There is a separate breakfast room and a separate dining room adjacent to the kitchen area. The house has a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, and sink. The living room has two large sofas, easy chairs, coffee tables, lamps, bookshelf, flat screen TV, many cable TV channels, DVD player, radio and Hifi. There is a huge supply of books and DVDs. The house has air conditioning and fans throughout and central vacuum. Naples beach is just 10 minutes away and is a pure white sand beach with palm trees, wildlife, the warm sea, and is uncommercialized except for the Pier where you can fish for free, get a sandwich and cola, watch the dolphins and the famous sunsets. The beach is a public beach where you can walk for miles. Naples is an upscale town with Tuscan style architecture and fine shopping and dining in the many boutiques and restaurants. Naples has many golf courses open to the public. Ft Myers airport (SW Florida International) is 38 miles away and is easily accessed from I75 , exit 101. Miami is 105 miles away. Other places to visit include Marco Island, Sanibel and Captiva Islands, and the Everglades. Miromar Outlet with 140 stores is only 22 miles along the Interstate. Be sure to enjoy a boat trip through Naples Bay and out to the Gulf.
