Second bedroom has a queen bed, third bedroom has twin beds and fourth bedroom has twin beds also, plus a sleeper sofa in the TV room. All rooms are comfortably furnished and well-equipped. The large pool, 30 ft by 15ft, is not overlooked. You can sit outside on the sun loungers or eat al fresco, using the barbeque if you wish, on the tables and chairs by the pool. The master bedroom suite is exceptionally large and comfortable with a desk, storage units, lamps, rugs and TV in bedroom; bathroom with double wash basins, both tub and shower, separate WC and large walk-in closet. The house has air conditioning and fans throughout and central vacuum. Naples beach is just 10 minutes away and is a pure white sand beach with palm trees, wildlife, the warm sea, and is uncommercialized except for the Pier where you can fish for free, get a sandwich and cola, watch the dolphins and the famous sunsets. The beach is a public beach where you can walk for miles. Naples is an upscale town with Tuscan style architecture and fine shopping and dining in the many boutiques and restaurants. Naples has many golf courses open to the public. Ft Myers airport (SW Florida International) is 38 miles away and is easily accessed from I75 , exit 101. Miami is 105 miles away. Other places to visit include Marco Island, Sanibel and Captiva Islands, and the Everglades. Miromar Outlet with 140 stores is only 22 miles along the Interstate. Be sure to enjoy a boat trip through Naples Bay and out to the Gulf.
