This is a picturesque one bedroom condo on a bluff overlooking the Carribean Ocean, Lagun beach and Lagoon with sunset and sunrise views. Newly built (2008). The unit will sleep four persons on two levels to allow for privacy. A full bath is located both upstairs and downstairs and magnificent views are seen from both levels. Curacao is a wonderful Carribean paradise located near Aruba.This one bedroom condo is located in Lagun, Curacao and is a beachfront property on a bluff with the beach easily accessible by stairs. Upstairs in this apartment are two single beds which can be used separately or pushed together. A full bath with flash hot water is also upstairs. The bedroom enters a deck which looks out on the lagoon, the Carribean ocean, and the beach with views of sunrise and sunset. Downstairs the sleeper sofa provides comfort for an additional two persons.A full bath is located downstairs to allow for privacy for each of the levels and a shower area after beach visits. Beach chairs for your use are in storage in the apartment. A fully stocked kitchen allows food preparation and storage. A TV with DVD, a stereo with MP3 hook up and CD player are on the lower level. The kitchen is full size with all modern appliances; Gas Stove/oven, Microwave oven, Refrigerator (side by side with ice and water dispenser), Dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with service for eight. All utensils, pots and pans, linens, are furnished. Small appliances include; coffee maker (full size and 2 cup), toaster, food processor, blender, mixer, electric can opener. Glass top table with 4 chairs. Additional chairs are stored on site if needed. Furnished with a couch, love seat, and side chair. There is also a TV with DVD player. Pets are always welcome! Please do not allow them on the furniture. The yard is fenced for thier security. Pet fee required. Smoking is permitted on either of the Terraces. Please do not smoke in the house. A damage fee will be applied if smoke is detected on the furniture.Our first guest here at the Keli-Keli home found household products for their use (laundry soap, fabric softener, dish soap, cleaning products, toilet paper, paper towels etc.). We ask all guests to replenish any household products that are running low which they use during their stay so the next guest will have the same benefits and conveniences as our first guests.

After we'd been on the island several times, we took the plunge and chose Perla Boneriano at the end of 2009. A shared bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet is situated between the two bedrooms.
