The house is situated on the banks of the local marina and has a private boat and fishing pier of approximately 6 m in length and about 2 m wide. The house with a floor space of 60 sqm has two bedrooms, fitting four people. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed of 1,40 x 2 m with a one-piece mattress. This bedroom is located about 10 meters from the shore, so you can enjoy a beautifull view over the harbor. The same applies to the living room and the kitchenette (with dishwasher).The second bedroom has two single beds. The view to the former North Sea dike.There is one bathroom with toilet and shower. A large flat screen TV, DVD player, high-quality CD player and a fast wireless ineternet connection.The pier is used by the homeowners and guests also for setting up chairs. There is a canu next to the house, there is quite a lot of fish in the Lauwersmeer - sometimes up to one meter in length - pike, perch and eel from there, found their way onto the grill. The frisian Lauwers Lake is a paradise for fisher and water sports enthusiasts of all kinds, peolpe that enjoy friesland, or all the possible sights in the area. Even Amsterdam is in 1.45 hours reach. Groningen a multicultural town is 40 km away.

House on the harbor with covered balcony. The Port House 'Anne' is a house on the marina overlooking the lake on the Lauwersmeer. The house has a floor space of 80 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, second with a bunk bed and the third has a queen bed. From the kitchen to get to the terrace. Bathroom with shower and toilet are separate rooms. There is also a walk-in closet from the outside. On the top floor is the living room with a picture windows and the views over the marina and the Lauwersmeer. The same view you enjoy from the covered balcony. Another small room off the living room contains all the personal belongings of the owner and is therefore closed. The parking lot is located on the property. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture. This house is regularly used by the owners and well maintained. It has an Internet connection. The covered balcony is accessible from the living room. The house is located right on the water overlooking the marina.

This house is owned by the former operator of the port restaurant, which now leads a much larger operation in Hindelopen on the IJsselmeer. During his time in Oostmahorn, served the chalet him as a normal apartment building and is therefore well equiped. The terrace is through sliding doors from the living room accessably. Op iedere kamer staat een linnenkast er zijn 3 slaapkamers met een vaste wastafel. De keuken is luxe ingericht met een inbouwkoelkast, afzuigkap, vijf-pits kookplaat, magnetron, oven en een vaatwasser. Er zijn twee badkamers met elk een douche, toilet, toiletkastje en een vaste wastafel. De woonkamer heeft een zit- en een eethoek, tv met digitale ontvanger en een stereo installatie. Het huis is geheel centraal verwarmd. Aan de achterzijde van het huis is een groot overdekt zonneterras met tuinmeubilair. Deze tuin is middels coniferen omheind, waardoor de privacy van de gasten gewaarborgd is. In Domein Hellebeuk is een tennisbaan, een verwarmd buitenzwembad, kinderbadje, enkele speeltoestellen en een sportveld waar u vrij gebruik van kunt maken. The bungalow is equipped for 4 persons. It is located next to the owners property fully fenced which makes it a safe place to be. The whole area (on which also the owners live) is 5.000 m2 and holds a small orchard and a biological swimming pool / pond (the water is only warmed by the sun). Our guests are welcome to use both. Parking can be done next to the house.The bungalow has 2 floors. The ground floor holds a kitchen with refrigerator, 4-pit gas stove, magnetron/oven, dishwasher. The living has a big flat screen TV, couches, table & chairs, desk, and pool table. The facilities room contains a separate toilet and walk-in shower.The first floor has one area where all beds (1 of 200x200 and 2 single 90x200 beds) are located along with a TV, desk, etc. The owners have 2 very friendly dogs and 2 cats who walk freely over the premises. Dogs are welcome!The property is located, right in the center of the Netherland, in the countryside. Still close to the city of Amersfoort and other villages. From here it is possible to make excursions the almost every place in the Netherlands with a time span of about 1 hour. Closest cities: Amersfoort, Utrecht, Amsterdam, Apeldoorn.
