Looking to rent a house in July? Located 10 minutes to either Richmond or vibrant Mapua our unique home (2 years old) offers comfortable accommodation for two/three families or 5+ couples. Our home consists of two separate units under one roof, with internal access via the communal gym! The house has 5 bedrooms but has two other rooms that could be used as bedrooms. (Gym & Playroom with fold out sofa). Our home is available from 5 - 27 July 2013. Each unit is completely self-contained with fully equipped kitchens - one having 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, the other 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Both units have a large TV with Sky in the living area, and both master bedrooms also have a TV with Sky connected. Ideal for an extended family/families, or several couples. Can be locked between units, so would consider renting separately, although prefer to rent to one party. All ranchsliders open out to great outdoor living. A gym rounds out the property, and comprises a treadmill, step aerobics equipment, ab circle pro, dartboard, another TV with Sky and DVD player.
