Our home is Ideal for large families or groups, having 3 family areas and masses of space.Unlike most Orlando rental villa’s every room in this home has been professionally decorated to a very high standard (compare the photos of our home with others on this site to see the difference!).All the furniture is expensive and to a very high standard. The double beds all have upgraded mattresses, ensuring a relaxing night’s sleep. A formal lounge area is at the front of the villa, and a large family area, with a huge HD flat screen TV & entertainment centre, overlooks the huge pool deck. A 3rd family lounge is on the 2nd floor, again with a large flat screen TV. You will be blown away by the spacious landing area which overlooks the informal dining area and rear family lounge.We have a formal dining area with seating for 8 round a Captains Table , and the informal breakfast/lunch table seats 4 (although our guests usually eat these meals outside).One of the spacious Master suites is on the ground floor, with walk-in closet, and the other 5 bedrooms are upstairs. Komohana has a total of 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on 2 levels available for larger groups! I have a large pool in front of the kitchen, so you can watch the kids playing in the pool while preparing the next great meal! The large 700 square ft front lanai has a fantastic ocean view and you can see surfers, whales and dolphins with the naked eye, but binoculars are included! All bedrooms have ceiling fans, air conditioning and floor fans. The master bedroom and the other 3 bedrooms are on separate A/C systems. All together we can sleep 8 people on the main level w/4 adults and 4 children can be accommodated as well as 8 adults.

The villa is situated on Santee Drive in the Indian Creek sub-division, Kissimmee, just off exit 64 of the Interstate 4 (I4) and SR429. It is therefore only minutes to the Walt Disney World (only 3 miles), Universal Studios and Sea World theme parks, plus some of the world’s best golf courses. This villa offers free high-speed internet (cable and Wi-Fi) plus free local and long-distance calling within the United States and Canada. A fax-copier is available too. The villa has many extras to make your stay very enjoyable. It has been furnished to a very good standard. Our 2-storey villa was built in 2009 in a quiet residential area in southwest Cape Coral. The house is located on a large corner lot with views of the Altimira and Fonseca canals with access to the Gulf of Mexico. The first floor is tiled throughout and will provide a clean and hygienic environment. The staircase and second floor are of high quality hardwood. The living area is open and spacious. The huge disappearing sliding-doors allow you a fantastic view of the lanai and pool area, to enjoy sunny days and thanks to the Western exposure spectacular sunsets. The Living Room features a sofa and two comfortable chairs for a cozy stay. The Formal Dining Room can accommodate eight people. The Family Room is equipped with a sofa, flat screen TV and entertainment center. You can enjoy your breakfast either on the breakfast nook looking down Altimira Canal or at the breakfast bar. The kitchen with its granite countertop is conveniently equipped: Ceramic flat-top range, oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice-maker and a dishwasher. Enjoy all the comforts of home complete with a coffeemaker, toaster and mixer. Fully stocked with table settings, silverware, utensils and glassware. Adjacent the kitchen is the laudry room with washer and dryer. In the first floor you also find the master suite, two additional bedrooms and a Den. The Master Bedroom has its king-size bed, flat screen TV and sliding doors leading into the patio. It has a spacious bathroom with two vanities, tub, spacious shower with rain shower and separate toilet and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, large closet and access to the pool area. This suite includes a full bathroom with walk-in shower and separate pool bath access. The third bedroom has two twin beds, closet and its own bath with combined tub and shower and a toilet. The staircase leads you to the upper floor with a spacious game room including pool table, flat screen TV and comfortable chairs for hours of fun. Big sliding doors lead you to the covered deck. Why not enjoy a cool drink at sunset from here? Everywhere you look you will find wonderful canal and pool views. On the second floor is the fourth bedroom with its king-size bed, closet and own bath with walk-in shower and a toilet. You will spend most of your time beside the resort style pool deck with two covered lanais, an oversized heated swimming pool and spa. For your safety there is a baby fence around the pool if you are travelling with little children. There are eight inviting lounge chairs for sunbathing or relaxing. Enjoy dining poolside under the covered lanai with seating for eight. Or throw a steak or burger on the grill. The entire pool and patio area is protected by a screen cage so you can enjoy the warm Florida breeze into the evening hours. Walk down to the canal and relax waterside on the boat dock. A pleasant cruise on the canals will bring you to the Caloosahatchee River or the Gulf of Mexico. Explore the world famous secluded beaches of Captiva Island or Sanibel. Maybe it’s a fishing trip to Pine Island or Matlacha or diving in blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the pictures and imagine yourself enjoying this paradise.
