Repeat Snow Birds arrive every winter for their 3 month escape from snow and units can book up a year in advance for the winter. This is the best weather side of the islands, if not the world! Parking is included and there is a nice laundry room on site. Gates are closed at night with security guard on property. Keys are required at the 3 beach gates and night lighting is beautiful as well as secure.This apartment is the best equipped of all rental units in the building. Sliding mirror doors cover the queen wall bed in the living room, linen closet and storage. Walk-in closet in bedroom also stores beach chairs/towels, sun hats, laundry supplies, and more. Bedroom is Air Conditioned, has a second small TV, with luxury memory foam mattress topper and fine linens. High speed internet is also included. Maid service can be arranged during your stay if desired.

No attention to detail has been over looked in the master suite. The suite is over 700 sq feet and has a very spacious open feel to it. In addition to these amazing features is the home theatre. The suite comes with a very rare 70 inch Sony HD tv that has no rival period in the HD display market today. Equally if not more impressive is the sound system provided. The drivers are all from the French audio geniuses at JM Labs! This sound system has consistently been rated in the top 10 worldwide by audiophile magazine and many others. It's so impressive that is is hard to find a movie theatre that matches it's quality.Upstairs we also feature all Koa furnishings. There are 2 king size koa beds with a 52 inch HD Sony LCD screen. This room features a ps3 if you are into gaming:). In the kitchen we have chosen top end stainless steel appliances by top names like sub-zero and dacor. The botanical gardens are very exotic and feature very rare plants from around the world. The lush tropical, private nature of this property makes staying here quite unique!It is peaceful, quiet, and very luxurious. You won't see any neighbors and they won't see you. It is a haven that soothes the soul. With the pool, the tennis court, the half basketball court, the volley ball court and the jogging path you won't want to leave. However if you do the beach is only a block away and the most amazing beaches on the island are 10 min up the road. Our condominium is spacious, with nearly 2,800 square feet of living space. The living room has a 28 foot ceiling with a 12 foot wide stone fireplace, and windows that look out over Lake Lavinsky, the Mountain Village and Lone Mountain Peak. After a day of skiing, fishing or golfing, enjoy yourself on the deck with a panoramic view and watch the the beautiful sunset over Lone Peak and then view the specacular stars in the "Big Sky." Or, sit by the fire and enjoy the crackling wood burning fireplace, while you read, listen to music or watch TV. Our home is beautifully decorated with original art, faux painting, and a growing library. We have a large dining room, spacious kitchen, two TV areas, as well as lots of movies and games as well as our private hot tub. We are ten minutes to the lifts on the shuttle. Our building has a heated garage in the basement and an elevator to take you to our 3rd floor apartment. There are hotel carts to simplify moving in and out.
