Our home is Ideal for large families or groups, having 3 family areas and masses of space.Unlike most Orlando rental villa’s every room in this home has been professionally decorated to a very high standard (compare the photos of our home with others on this site to see the difference!).All the furniture is expensive and to a very high standard. The double beds all have upgraded mattresses, ensuring a relaxing night’s sleep. A formal lounge area is at the front of the villa, and a large family area, with a huge HD flat screen TV & entertainment centre, overlooks the huge pool deck. A 3rd family lounge is on the 2nd floor, again with a large flat screen TV. You will be blown away by the spacious landing area which overlooks the informal dining area and rear family lounge.We have a formal dining area with seating for 8 round a Captains Table , and the informal breakfast/lunch table seats 4 (although our guests usually eat these meals outside).One of the spacious Master suites is on the ground floor, with walk-in closet, and the other 5 bedrooms are upstairs. These include another spacious Master suite, a Queen Guest Room with en suite bathroom, both with walk-in closets, Mickey’s Room with bunk beds, TV, etc. and The Princess Room, which will capture the dreams of every young lady – or ladies - who are lucky enough to stay in it.Enjoy all day sunshine in, or by, our extended private south facing pool/spa looking out on to the conservation area. With 2 out door tables and chairs the deck is ideal for al fresco dining. Optional pool heating for the main pool and spa can be requested during the cooler off peak months. A pool safety fence is provided for your optional use, and ensures young children cannot get to the pool if they go outside unattended through the patio doors. This can easily be removed if you do not have any young children in your group.The whole family can spend the evening in the splendid games room. Choose air hockey, pool, billiards, or a dart game while relaxing or watching the TV in the games room. Our home has 8 televisions and 4 DVD players. 1 high chair 1 pack n play.The home has been professionally decorated, has upgraded mattresses and one of the best supplied kitchens of any vacation home in the area. The villa has 7 bedrooms all the rooms have lcd tv/dvd. 4.5 bathrooms all fitted with hairdryers on the wall, 2 King rooms both en-suite and both have a 42 inch lcd high definition tv/dvd ALSO BOTH KING BEDS ARE BEAUTIFUL 4 POSTER BEDS, 2 Queen rooms one is en-suite, 2 Twin rooms (Mickey Mouse Room and a Betty Boop Room) Then another room with 2 sets of bunk beds (Scooby Doo Room) We also have 2 fulls size cots for babies and 1 pack and play, highchair, 4 strollers , baby monitor and a wheelchair. no need to bring your own, we have it all for you.In the GAME ROOM we have a full size pool table, Air hockey, foosball, darts board, arcade machine,cd/player, tv, ps2 with 25 games,lots of books, toys and games for toddlers.We have 2 living rooms, one with a 52 inch lcd high definition tv/dvd and the other is a nice quite family room/Dining Table , large kitchen with everything and more to cook a small breakfast or a great christmas dinner....Full cooker, microwave, toaster,kettle,coffee pot,hot dog warmer, popcorn maker,crockpot,blender,spice rack,fridge/freezer with ice maker.
