We are delighted to present our privately owned Villa which has been re-furnished to a Signature standard throughout. Our West to East facing Villa has a really spacious feel with over 3000 sq. ft of living quarters, ideal for several couples and extended families. Our Villa also features a fantastic safe custom shaped pool and extended Pool deck area that gets the Sun all day, with a large shaded area with large table for alfresco dining. Our Villa sleeps 10 people, with 2 King Bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom and 2 Twin Bedrooms, with Cable TV's in each room. Cabin resides in Duck Creek Village with restaurants, shops & groceries nearby. There are more than 500 miles of ATV trails in the area. ATV & Snowmobile rentals are available in the village. Come to beautiful Victoria on Vancouver Island, and sit on the deck and watch all the wild life on our 5 acre property, lovely walks too. We are only 35 mins from town which is Victoria, we are not far from the Juan de Fuca straights where there are beaches and lots of wild life. Two single beds are pushed together to make one large bed, these are behind the net curtains, which seperates the bedroom area from the lounge. In the lounge is a Queen Futon Couch which turns into a bed and is very comfortable. There is cable TV, your own telephone number, wireless internet. A kitchenette that has just about everything you would need, including a toaster oven, a two ring burner, microwave and there is also a large fridge in the garage downstairs,as there is only a little one upstairs in the studio apartment.You can see the studio apartment over the garage with its own balcony for you to sit out on, no smoking is allowed inside. We also have a trampolene for the kiddies and you can use our barbecue outside our kitchen door. Also a ping pong table in the garage, and a darts board you are welcome to use.
