Our home sits on 2.5 acres of 10 acres of family land that has been in our family for generations. I have two bedrooms, one with custom queen size bunk beds and the master with a queen size bed, walk in closet and a walk in rock shower with a Jacuzzi tub and custom tile art work through out the house. Master bath has a koi pond and a taro patch and the kitchen has pineapples and taro leaves that role down the laundry stairs, front entrance sits a turtle (Hono) to welcome you. I have a big family entertainment room with theater chairs and big screen tv with a sound system that has speakers through out the house and deck, bedrooms all have flat screen tv's. I also have a massage chair that truly makes you feel completely relaxed. It is very quiet and peaceful since we have no neighbors and lots of land with fruit trees (oranges,lemons,limes,tangos,tangerines, mango's, avocados and lots of bananas). Our custom home was built in 2005 by my husband and I built with total love. Our kitchen has top of the line appliances and all stainless steal with all granite counter tops through out the house. We take pride in our home, our yard, our marriage and our life.

This Condo is a centrally located, second level, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, spacious southwest style space with mountain views and is located in the privated gated community of the pointe Tapito Cliffs. The large Master Beddroom has a kind-size bed, television, walk in closet, and large master bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 long twin beds that can be made into a king-size bed. In the living room there is a queen sized sleeper sofa that will sleep two, allowing six adults to sleep comfortably in this Condo. The space provides everything you will need such as a full sized kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, and other appliances included. There is also a full laundry room with washer and dryer, local telephone service, cable TV, VCD and DVD player, and a radio with a CD player. My home is on 5 acres on the eastern slope of the Rocky Mountains just north of the Air Force Academy and Colorado Springs (close enough for convenience but far enough away that all you hear is the wind, birds and an occasional coyote). It is a 6 minute walk to a network of walking, biking and horseback riding trails in Pike National Forest, a 10 minute drive to the US Air Force Academy and 20 minutes to Colorado Springs at the base of Pikes Peak or half an hour to Denver. The main rental bedroom has an attached bathroom and there is an additional small bedroom with a single bed. Couches and air mattresses could also be used short termed if really needed. The tiled bathrooms and most of the house is straight out of the 50's but the kitchen has been updated with new appliances, cherry cabinets and granite counter tops in case anyone in the house would like to cook (which has never been my strong suit although I know a lot about good restaurants in the area).There is a large fenced yard (most dogs are welcomed here), a barn and corral for horses, and, essentially unlimited parking. If you like to hike, ride horses or mountain bike, I can tell you about many nice trails in the area or, if you are on a motorcycle, I can tell you about several great rides in Colorado. Within 10 minutes you can reach several restaurants, a YMCA, grocery stores, and, during the summer, weekly farmer's markets and twice a month Art Hops .
