Komohana has a total of 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on 2 levels available for larger groups! I have a large pool in front of the kitchen, so you can watch the kids playing in the pool while preparing the next great meal! The large 700 square ft front lanai has a fantastic ocean view and you can see surfers, whales and dolphins with the naked eye, but binoculars are included! All bedrooms have ceiling fans, air conditioning and floor fans. The master bedroom and the other 3 bedrooms are on separate A/C systems. Why is unit 1204 the best studio at the Royal Kahana Resort? It’s because of the ocean view from our studio and the recent completed renovation of the unit. Also the way the building is angled to the beach and the floor that unit 1204 is on give it a full ocean view from the interior of the unit. Most other studio's only have a view of the ocean from there lanai, not 1204. Don't take my word for it please take a look at our pictures and compare them to other unit’s pictures, if the pictures do not show an ocean view from the interior of the unit then they don't have one and it's a partial ocean view from the lanai. Don't get me wrong it is a nice view but if you’re going to go all the way to Hawaii get the best view for your money. But I will say the Royal Kahana Resort has some of the best views from any unit for your dollar compared to all the other resorts in the Kahana area, it doesn’t matter if it's partial view or a full view the view is spectacular and you will not be disappointed. The unit was just recently renovated with high end materials. In the kitchen we used Maple Wood Cabinets, Granite slab counters and back splash with GE full size Stainless Steel Appliances to finish off this well appointed kitchen. In the bathroom the vanity has the same maple wood cabinet and the same type of granite used in the kitchen. The same granite was used on the walls of the walk in shower from the floor to ceiling and a turtle design was cut into the floor of the shower. This is the nicest shower in the building. The newly decorated interior has Hawaiian art work and koa wood accents pieces’ that compliment the Wicker and Bamboo furniture that gives a true Hawaiian style tropical decor. Come stay in our luxurious remodeled oceanfront condo with a fantastic view of the beach and the island of Molokai framed in by the beautiful blue ocean of the maui channel. It's fully furnished and has Central Air Conditioning and a ceiling fan provides maximum comfort. If the air conditioning is not for you just turn it off and open the lanai door and let the warm island breeze comfort you. If your computer has mobile technology then you will be able to connect wirelessly.HP Printer - The HP 5610 All-In-One has copy, fax, printing, and scanning functions. You might need to download the software from HP www.hp.com or you can install the software from the CD. The CD is located in the right side drawer of the desk. Receiving a fax is automatically performed by the HP however sometimes it does not want to. So to receive a fax manually, let the phone ring (line 2) and press the FAX button on the HP. The paper is for your use. Please be aware your usage of paper and ink so others can enjoy the benefits.TV - The SONY HDTV is connected through the SKY satellite service. There are over 100 channels however most are in Spanish but you will be able to enjoy CNN, ESPN, FOX, BBC, and a few others in English. There are three remote controls. One for the Sony TV, one for SKY, and the other for the LG DVD/VCR unit.Turn on the Sony TV with its remote (the “green” power button is located on the top right corner.) To change the channels use the SKY remote. Press the “SKY” button on the SKY remote (top right – blue) then press the “Guide” button (middle left – blue). When you see the guide screen you can scroll up or down by using the arrow up or down buttons (center - blue). When you find the channel you want to watch press the center blue button (with white circle around it). You will need to point the remote to the little “receiver” under the table to the left of the TV. If for some reason that the remote is not working well with the little receiver then you can point it to the SKY box under the bed against the wall to the right of the TV. Green light on the box means that it is ON and red is OFF. The TV must be on TV not Video 1,2,3 etc. The button to change from TV to Video 1, 2, 3 etc is located on the Sony remote just below the power button.
