Why is unit 1204 the best studio at the Royal Kahana Resort? It’s because of the ocean view from our studio and the recent completed renovation of the unit. Also the way the building is angled to the beach and the floor that unit 1204 is on give it a full ocean view from the interior of the unit. Most other studio's only have a view of the ocean from there lanai, not 1204. Don't take my word for it please take a look at our pictures and compare them to other unit’s pictures, if the pictures do not show an ocean view from the interior of the unit then they don't have one and it's a partial ocean view from the lanai. Don't get me wrong it is a nice view but if you’re going to go all the way to Hawaii get the best view for your money. But I will say the Royal Kahana Resort has some of the best views from any unit for your dollar compared to all the other resorts in the Kahana area, it doesn’t matter if it's partial view or a full view the view is spectacular and you will not be disappointed. The unit was just recently renovated with high end materials. In the kitchen we used Maple Wood Cabinets, Granite slab counters and back splash with GE full size Stainless Steel Appliances to finish off this well appointed kitchen. In the bathroom the vanity has the same maple wood cabinet and the same type of granite used in the kitchen. The same granite was used on the walls of the walk in shower from the floor to ceiling and a turtle design was cut into the floor of the shower. This is the nicest shower in the building. The newly decorated interior has Hawaiian art work and koa wood accents pieces’ that compliment the Wicker and Bamboo furniture that gives a true Hawaiian style tropical decor. Come stay in our luxurious remodeled oceanfront condo with a fantastic view of the beach and the island of Molokai framed in by the beautiful blue ocean of the maui channel. It's fully furnished and has Central Air Conditioning and a ceiling fan provides maximum comfort. If the air conditioning is not for you just turn it off and open the lanai door and let the warm island breeze comfort you. Studio 1204 is fully stocked with linens which include bed sheets, bathroom towels, kitchen towels, and pool towels. The unit is equipped with a full size washer/dryer including detergent and fabric softener, iron, ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. The kitchen comes with cooking utensils, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, microwave, stove, cookware and dishes. We've added a 42" LCD flat screen TV for you when you need a break from all that sightseeing. Our private lanai is ideally located for dining with a full ocean view or watching the whales during whale season from December to May. Our condo is so nice it has previously been a featured unit in the Outrigger Royal Kahana brochures, but now you can rent it directly from the owners. Unit 1204 at the Royal Kahana Resort is the best deal based on the price, the amenities, the view, the renovated interior and the location.

Location, Location, Location Located on a private and quiet openwater lot, this charming home offers a wonderful view even to those people who do not want to go outside. While sitting inside or lazing out on a lounger, the tranquility and beauty of the tropics are yours. The very comfortable and functional home is fully equiped for a wonderful vacation. The bedrooms are furnished with queen sized beds and each bedroom has a full bath. The kitchen has a dishwasher, electric stove, blender, toaster/oven, coffee pot and radio/cd player for the cook's enjoyment. The dishes are full service white ironstone and 18/10 stainless flatwear. There is a separate set of dishes for outside dining if paper plates are not wanted. Washer, dryer and iron and ironing board are also provided as well as hair dryer. The front sea wall/patio area has three sturdy chairs and a beautiful cement patio large table with 2 side benches and a large barbeque gas grill. There is a queen sized pull out sofa in the living room with a superior mattress for extra sleeping comfort. The home has very nice palm trees and flowers adding to its tropical appeal. The boat space outfront is excellent for a large or small boat with deep water and cleats to secure the boat. There are two tvs and 2 vcrs, a small stereo system, a selection of videos both for adults and children as well as an assortment of books for both adults and children.
