Our vacation home is an Oceanfront, Ground Floor Walk-Out with an unobstructed view of a beautiful, secluded, sandy beach that is only 27 steps away. Our beach is reef protected so it is good for swimming, snorkeling, fishing, or just plain relaxing.Many people have told us we have the best location in the building because of our unobstructed ocean view, along with the convenience of being able to just walk right out to the beach. Which you will have practically all to yourself, because there is no public beach access. The pool area is also just for residents and their guests, you need a key FOB to enter (which also helps to make it so kids can't come in without their parents).There is no lock box to mess with. You will be welcomed by our agent who will show you where everything is, how to use it, and be your on-island contact person while you are here to help with any questions you may have. You will have No Worries as the locals say...only to decide if you are going to spend the day on the beautiful beach outside your lanai or go for a scenic drive along the coast to do some sightseeing.We just purchased Our Piece Of Paradise and have been remodeling it. Yeeeaaahhh, it is finally done!! The kitchen was the most time consuming, but it was worth it because it was a labor of love. This privately owned condo is on the quieter side of Waikiki where the crowds are less but yet centralized to all of what Honolulu has to offer. It's a short walk to the famous Ala Moana Park, Hawaii's largest beach park. And, if you love shopping, a 5 minute walk will get you to Ala Moana Shopping Center.
